Materials Needed

*3x4 Inch Craft Jewelry Storage Baggies (Hobby Lobby)
*3.5 Inch Doilies (Etsy-See the link below!)
*Werther Caramels-Cookie Butter Flavor (Dollar Tree)
*Double-Sided Adhesive Tape For Scrapbooking (Dollar Tree-Crafter's Square.)
*Small Bow with a rhinestone in the middle. 
*FabriTac (or Aleene's Turbo Tacky Glue.)
