Materials Needed:
*Set of 4 chalkboard heart tags from Dollar Tree
*Light pink acrylic paint (I used Ceramcoat in Hydrangea Pink.)
*4mm White Pearl Trim (Hobby Lobby in Fabric Department. I would NOT recommend the ab trim.)
*2.5mm AB Rhinestone Chain (See Amazon link below.)
*Mixture of iridescent white and light pink glitters. (See tutorial.)
*Small "glue-on" Pendant or Earring Bail
*Dangle charm of your choice.
*Oval Rhinestone (You can find them at Michael's or Hobby Lobby.)
*Button (white or pink)
*1/4 Inch Light Pink Organza Ribbon
*Beacon FabriTac
*E6000
*Ranger Glossy Accents OR DecoArt Triple Thick
