Materials Needed:
*Stiff White Felt (Michael's)
*DecoArt Triple Thick (Ebay, Amazon, etc.)
*Glitter (Please see my tutorial for a list of brands and colors that I used.)
*Dress It Up Angel Buttons
*Gold Metallic Eyelash Yarn
*1/4 Inch Wide Organza Ribbon (I bought mine from FireMountainGems.com )
*Flat Back Rhinestone (About a 9mm OR 10mm)
*10mm Pink Paper Rose
*Small Gold Bells
*9mm Gold Jump Ring
*Hot Glue Gun (I use the SureBonder mini detail hot glue gun with Gorilla Glue sticks.
*Sharp Scissors
*Glue (Aleene's Turbo Tacky Glue OR E6000 Fabri Fuse)
*Precision Tip Squeeze Bottle for glue
