Materials Needed
* Tongue Depressors/Popsicle Sticks from Walmart (1 inch or 25mm in width. Cut approx. 1.5 inches long.)
* White Multi-Surface OR Chalk Paint
*DecoArt Triple Thick (Amazon, Ebay, etc.)
*Dress It Up Angel Buttons, Bethlehem Star, Etc. (Craft stores, Ebay, Walmart, etc.)
*Ribbon End Clamps (1 Inch or 25mm in width.)
*Rhinestone Chain in 3mm OR 4mm
*Gold Leaf (Michael's.)
*Glitter, Ultra Fine Iridescent (For angel's wings.)
*Glitter Mix (See my tutorial for explanation.)
*7mm Jump Rings
*Dangle charm of your choice
*Strong Long Blade Scissors
*Pencil
*Ruler
*Hot Glue Gun (I use the SureBonder mini detail hot glue gun with Gorilla Glue sticks.)
*Popsicle sticks (regular size ones)
