Materials Needed:
*My Free Heart Pattern (See link below)
*Stiff, White Felt (NON-Adhesive back) I found mine at Michael's.
*Stretch Lace in color of your choice
*Pearl Trim
*German Glass Glitter (Medium Grit 70, Clear)
*Iridescent Glitter for the back
*Triple Thick Gloss/Glaze
*Key Charm
*10mm Rose
*Large Bail
*NOTE: If you can't find stiff, white felt where you live, you can use normal felt and paint on fabric stiffener on both sides, allowing one side to dry and then the other.
