Make this EASY and super inexpensive table top Tic-Tac-Toe game for Valentine's Day! You can purchase everything you need from the Dollar tree with the exception of maybe the ribbon. Click on the following link to see my YouTube tutorial on how to make this beautiful game:
Materials Needed:
*Little Girl's Party Favor Rings-5 pink and 5 red (Dollar Tree) You can also use large flat back rhinestones if you can't find the rings.
*Pink Glittered Fun Foam or Craft Foam (Dollar Tree) You can also use scrapbook paper if you can't find it.
*Silver Photo Frame, I used one a little larger than the 4x6 frame. (Dollar Tree)
*Narrow Ribbon that is soft and lies flat. Nothing starchy, stiff or thick.
*One Rectangle of White Felt that can be found at just about any store that sells crafts.
*Low Temp. Hot Glue Gun
*Scissors
*Wire Cutters (I found mine at the Dollar Tree.)
***Optional: Organza jewelry bag to store the game pieces in.
