Materials Needed:
*Chenille Pipe Cleaners in white and other colors of your choice
*Mardis Gras Beads (Party bead necklaces) Beads must be uniform in size.
*10mm and 6mm Jump Rings
*Dress It Up Buttons, Sticky Back Bling, Rhinestone Buttons (I explain in the tutorial)
*Ribbon or Wire Ribbon that is 7/8 inch wide or less.
*Wire Cutters
*Flat Nose Pliers
*Low Temp. Hot Glue Gun
*Scissors
*Tiny Bails (I explain in my tutorial)
*E-6000 Glue
