Materials Needed:
*1.5 Inch Scallop Edge Circle Punch
*Scrapbook Paper of your choice
*Beacon FabriTac Glue
*Embroidery Thread (5M) Found in Hobby Lobby where the embroidery floss is.
*Beading Needle (Any will do, but the size 7 is shorter. Found at Hobby Lobby next to the seed beads.)
*9mm Wooden Beads (Hobby Lobby-Where the boxed beads are hanging.)
*8mm Rhinestone Spacer Beads (Hobby Lobby has them hanging on a strand.)
*Ranger Stickles Glitter Glue (I buy mine on Amazon. I used "Gold" in this tutorial, but they have them in all colors.)
