Materials Needed:
*Silly Winks Craft Foam (I buy mine from Hobby Lobby.)
*Cardinal Image or other image. I printed out my cardinal, using the wallet size. It printed out to he 2.5x2.5 inches. The image is free, however, you can tip the person who shared this. This is not a requirement. See the direct link below.
*Bows (Hobby Lobby, Temu, etc.)
*Snowflakes (I made mine with a 1.5-inch snowflake punch, white fun foam and a large rhinestone.)
*Self-adhesive holographic star vinyl sheets (See link below)
*I printed the image on Epson Presentation Paper in "Matte." (See link below.)
*Clear, small rubber bands (Dollar Tree hair care section.)
*Beacon FabriTac (Walmart, Amazon, etc.)
*Mini Detail Hot Glue Gun
