*White/Rainbow Mermaid Table Runner OR other sequin tulle. (See video for explanation)
*Silly Winks Craft Foam in "Turquoise." (Hobby Lobby)
*1/8 Inch Gold Metallic Ribbon (Walmart)
*Clear Rhinestone Hearts (Dollar Tree)
*Clear Rubber Bands (For braids) (Dollar Tree)
*Beacon Fabritac Glue
*Super Glue Foam Mounts (Dollar Tree in the hardware section.)
*Mini Detail Hot Glue Gun (I used Gorilla Glue sticks.) (Walmart)
*Scotch Double Sided Tape (Dollar Tree)
*Precision Scissors and regular scissors.
