Materials Needed
*4.5 X 3/8 Inch Wooden Popsicle Sticks
*FolkArt Multi-Surface Satin Acrylic Paint (Titanium White)
*Small Rhinestones from the 99 Cent store in 4mm (I used light pink. They also have them in light blue.)
*Shabby Chic Cotton Fabric w/ small, close together print (Walmart-See video tutorial)
*Sequin Tulle (Walmart-See video tutorial)
*Center Embellishments (See links below and video tutorial)
*Medium Glue-On Bails (Just type those words into Ebay and a bunch will pop up for you.
*Narrow Ribbon to match cross
*Hot Glue Gun (I used the SureBonder mini detail hot glue gun with the Gorilla Glue sticks.
*E6000
*Strong long blade scissors (A pair that you don't care about.)
*Toothpick
*Cosmetic Triangle Make-up Wedges (Dollar Tree)
