Materials Needed
*Stiff White Felt (Michael's or any craft store)
*Triple Thick
*Glitter (I used the Heidi Swapp Marquee Love brand that I found at Michael's. No colors are listed on the bottles. See video.)
*German Glass Glitter (See link below)
*Stamping Up Ultra Fine Glitter in "Dazzling Diamonds."
*Glue On Bails (See links below)
*10mm Flower Trim (Optional)
*1/4 inch wide Ribbon, Ball Chain Necklace (Only if you are making the hearts into necklaces.)
*Precision Scissors
*Gorilla Glue brand Hot Glue and detail hot glue gun (See video)
*Toothpicks
