DIY! Make Sparkly Plastic Utensils In A Container For A Hostess Gift!

Please click on the following link to see my full YouTube tutorial:

This was such a fun project and it makes a great hostess gift for someone you know who loves to find any excuse to have a party! :o) I bought a couple sets of the "silver look" plastic utensils at the Dollar Tree and hot glued (low temperature) flat back acrylic rhinestones at the very top. I used only a tiny amount of glue! I used two different sizes, which came together in a bag at Michael's. Oh! And I used my coupon too! Just be careful to pull all hot glue strings off the rhinestone before placing it on the utensil or you will have a mess. You can put the utensils in any holder you like, but I chose an acrylic glass at Walmart for .97 cents. I glued on two different sizes of ribbon with a little hot glue and then added an embellishment. Wrap this up in cellophane and you have yourself a cute little hostess gift!

You Will Need The Following Materials:

*Silver Color Plastic Utensils from the Dollar Tree
*Flat Back Acrylic Rhinestones in two different sizes
*Low Temp. Hot Glue Gun
*Container of some sort
*Optional: Ribbon in two different sizes and an embellishment
